RecommendedGreat service dept. Vic helped me right away and ordered a Lyft when the job was done. They even washed my car.
2 hours 45 mins for an oil change with an appointment. I was told that they are having a meeting in the middle of the work day. In my experience you don’t stop working in the middle of the day when you have customers waiting for there vehicle that was promised to them over an hour and a half earlier.
They have been taking care of all my Chevy vehicles for the past 13 years and never have had any issues with them whatsoever. The service dept employees have always taken care of my needs for my vehicles.
