Took my Tahoe to service, Was worried but Carlos was amazing took car of the 2 issues with my car, Maurico the director came out greeted me said any problems to call him direct, I'm completely satisfied, found new home for my service needs.
I drove a 2017 Chev Silverado High Country. There was no way I could afford this new. I went home and looked on line for a used High Country and was fortunate to find a 2014 with 12k miles at Community Chevrolet ( about 30 Mike's from home). Took our diesel truck in for oil change and was told we needed new blinker bulbs. The bill was a shock, $240! Never should have said yes to the bulb change, paying $88 for labor was obscene! O'Reily Auto Parts will help change bulbs for free, AND, charge less for the bulbs! Feel like we were taken advantage of!
Thank you for helping me patiently wait for Chevy to release the Bolt EV. This car is wonderful, and a special shoutout to Community Chevrolet's EV Dream Team, Jorge Callejas and Steven Born, for helping me finally get my first pure electric vehicle. So long, gas!!
Watch out people, this place should be avoided at all costs. Chevy has dealers all over the place so keep driving and shop elsewhere.
