We have had a bad experience with my folks' "one day" bathroom remodel. We have waited 90 days so far and not been communicated with, as was promised. After many calls unreturned, my folks called to cancel the job and were treated very rudely. As a business owner myself, I know things don't always go as planned. But there is no reason to not follow up and be pleasant. Customer service reps should be as pleasant as the sales people.
RecommendedWe just had our bathrooms, windows and sliding glass doors replaced and they entire team did a perfect job. The gentlemen were prompt, professional and extraordinary work. The work was done exactly as we requested, no short cuts, top material and best warranty/guarantee. Our home looks like new. No mess, no headaches and no problems. I give them 5 stars for their work and staff. Will use them again if ever needed and will recommend to everyone I know.
I have been needing some work done in my bathroom and they sent a salesman out named Larry and he was very professional. He showed me all their products and showed me all the different Options and then we'd had a few questions and they were answered with the knowledge of someone that knew what they were talking about. I was very happy with the whole process so I signed up And I'm looking forward to a new shower thank you so much
We just had a new metal roof and siding installed. I could not be happier, the guy who came and did the work was amazing, hard working guy who went above and beyond the call of duty. Todd Patterson deserves an atta boy that’s for sure!! I would highly recommend community builders for any roofing or siding work. Can’t say enough good things.
The guys sent to put siding on our house were very professional, friendly and worked hard everyday. Shawn, Nick and Jimmy were a pleasure to be around and the siding on our house looks amazing. They took the time to make sure every detail was satisfactory...Job well done, we definitely recommend CBI. We now have a home with beautiful, high quality siding and made friends for life with Shawn, Nick and Jimmy.

I just had a walk in tub installed. The installer was so nice and courteous. They did a great job. The service was great. It was a 5 star experience.
I had single pane windows on my house. I could feel the heat coming in, and in the winter I had a cold draft by my windows. I now have beautiful double pane windows. Much more efficient. The installer Ty did a wonderful job. He was very efficient and very professional.
Todd done a great job. He completed the roof in two days just like he said. The yard was left the way it was before he started. i would recommend him to all.my friends and family. thank u for a job well done Donna Davidson Checotah
