Customer support & follow up. They messed up my garage floor and it going on a month now and even after many phone calls and Nathan (VP) assuring me that my garage floor would be made right....nothing. Not even a return phone call in two weeks!
I am so very pleased with my new 16 windows from CBI; the noise reduction is amazing (I live in Claremore, the Train Capital Of Oklahoma); also, it was 22 degrees this morning, and there’s no icy film inside my windows; I don’t need to pull any curtains tight to keep the warm air in; the installers were prompt and professional, they cleaned up their messes very nicely (no debris left, no paper trash, etc). Well worth the money!
