The service manager is completely unprofessional. I took my vehicle in for a warranty oil change and windshield washer fluid pump on my 2017 Sierra and they refilled my washer fluid with oil and blamed it on me. They sprayed oil all over my windshield, on top of my cab, and inside my door and would not clean it up. They also told me they were not going to clean my lines out. I will never go back and have since switched dealerships for service.
