While I have heard good things about Community Auto, my experience was unsatisfactory. I'm sure the fact that I hate buying a vehicle more than anything came across loud and clear and that affected how they acted, but a manager didn't even bother to drive my trade in or bother to talk to me. They didn't try to look at vehicles other than the one I was first interested in. Apparently we were too far apart on price for that courtesy.
