🤬 They sold the vehicle we made a deal on to someone else after THEY ASKED ME to wait to finish the deal until the next day. Total jerk move by the sales team. We agreed to a deal by phone on Thursday afternoon, and they asked me to wait until Friday morning to finish up the deal because their lead finance guy doesn't work Thursdays. Sure, no problem I said. I didn't need their financing, but was wanting to hear what they could offer. Friday morning rolls around and they had sold it to someone else Thursday night. Evan, unfortunately, we do not hold vehicles for anyone unless we have a deposit on the vehicle. You were offered on two separate occasions to put a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until you were able to make it to the store. You had declined both offers to do so.
