I am a frequent blood donor but yesterday I became an apherisis donor for the first time. I was worried about the different process but everyone was so nice. The process was explained so I knew what was happening. I have already scheduled my next platelet donation.

Hello My Name is Gary L. Cate. I am a Regular Blood Donor. I gave Blood in Waynesville Saturday and EVERYONE was Exceptional. I normally give Blood Each time they come to WILMINGTON, Ohio................. I missed my June 14th appt. so I called to set up another one THEY got me RIGHT in Thank You. My oldest son talked me into going with him one day and I was quite Leary I have always been putting him off next time I'll go .next time and so on well I finally went and it was not as be as as I thought everyone that works there is chirppy and really friendly well yesterday was my 2nd visit and waiting on my 3rd ..it only takes tops 45 minutes for the whole process from the time you walk in the front door till you completely done sometimes I don't take even that long
