Continues to disappoint. Can't decide if I can or cannot donate platelets, I don't get the reminder emails they promise and today overbooked and I was told there would be an hour wait. Makes one wonder about the actual procedure's safety.
Take an hour of your time and save a life by donating a pint of Blood. It becomes a habit & after 56 days you feel the need to donate again. All of the gals at 10570 Metcalf have a smooth stick, especially Aidia.
Staff was great as usual. Love the Royals shirts but why do you only get shirts in M-XL? Three of the four of us donating platelets when I was in were 2x or 3x. Big donors need love, too! <3
