I WILL NOT BE BACK after going to donate blood in Overland Park today and watching staff say nothing to another person donating who thought it was just fine to take off her mask and redo her hairstyle for several minutes. Two staff members interacted with her without saying anything about her mask. Nope. I'm in a high-risk category and I won't put my safety in jeopardy because they say nothing about the COVID protocols to another client. Seriously.

still in the chair. been giving at cbc for many years and never had bad experience until today. always used the display to know when to squeeze my hand and to see progress. the rule to hide the screen and isolate the donor isnt consistant with appreciation. hopefully other location will appreciate my donations. this attitude will will make this my last trip here. an update. first dont blame the staff. as one sid, she doesnt make the rules just enforces them. its another dissapointment but apparently this isnt specific to the... read more
Giving. blood. saves a life
I donated blood a couple of times now I am subject to phone harassment.
Great staff! Everything went great and they made sure I was comfortable.
I always get treated with the up most care. Staff is always very nice and caring!
Love CBC! Nothing but great people work there! Always very nice! And I love doing my part!
