I am very satisfied with the service I have been provided. The other VA hospitals I have been to are sub average.
The eye doctor is like Your Eye is swollen Here are some eye drops. The next appointment You’ve lost some vision. Here are some eye drops. The Next Appointment. You are blind and your eyeball is rotten. Here are some drops. That’s describing Dr Bateman. He is a very good boy and does exactly as he is told. If you have an eye problem this place is not for you.
My first experience using my VA benefits was very disappointing. They set me up with an eye exam with an area eye doctor for glasses. I went to the visit and then turned my script into the VA to get the glasses made. Later, I received a bill for the eye exam??haha Oh yeah, its been a month and I still have not receive the glasses, called to check about it a week ago and she told me they were going to send them overnight. Walked into the Clinic this morning and was told she was going to overnight them again??...........BIG RU... read more
