Mr.Shannon Emery was my service advisor. He was courteous and explained to me what needed to be done. He also gave me a correct estimate of the time needed for the service to be performed and indeed I was out the door in less than the estimated time. Wonderful! I didn't buy a car here, but I did need emergency service to my Nissan while I was travelling on I-94. I rolled in there with my Sentra shaking and shuddering, terrified it was something major. I had another 10 hours of driving ahead of me! Anyway they took a look, found the (relatively minor) problem, and had me back on the road in about two hours. I just purchased a 2015 Pathfinder on December 27. I was very pleased with Rachel my salesperson who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and took me on the best test drive I have ever had. I felt like I actually got to feel the car and ride in different conditions.
