I HAVE HAD CHRISTINE SMITH MANY TIMES FOR MY SERVICE ADVISOR SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY COURTEOUS,WRITTEN UP MY SERVICE AGREEMENT QUICKLY AND REALLY JUST A VERY SPECIAL PERSON. This review is for the service department. I purchased my vehicle at another Nissan Dealership and serviced my car here at Bill Ray Nissan for the past 3 years. I purchased a service plan that I've used at this dealership many times and today Richard (manager) would not allow me to redeem the plan I paid for. The service at this particular dealership has continually gone down from when I first began using this dealership. They were very helpful, explained everything, and ensured the proper maintenance was completed.
Our experience at Crown Nissan was the best we have ever had. All of the staff members that we encountered were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. Dexter Benjamin patiently guided us through the comprehensive software menus which gave us a good start at using some of the myriad features on the touch screen.
