This place is horrible. They were supposed to deliver oxygen to my Father on a Friday. They were supposed to call me so I could meet the delivery driver at my dads house. I never received a call. No one was available to help me over a holiday weekend. Finally on Tuesday I was able to speak with someone. Her name is Tracey. She was rude and nasty. Very poor customer service. My dad cannot come home from the hospital until his oxygen is delivered. So he has had to stay in the hospital for 4 extra days and I still don’t know wh... read more

I will have to say that this has to be the best little kept secret in Salem! I had no idea all the great things this place has until my best friend started working there! I posted a very critical post about Commonwealth earlier and now I have deleted the post. Mr. Frankie Cox called me and apologized for the incident earlier and was very concerned about what happened. I think this was a 5 star reply to an unfortunate incident.
