Would have said wonderful, great until my last 3 visits. Been buying from commonwealth for 7 1/2 years. WON'T be buying anymore. Never have I been treated so disrespectfully. I always encouraged Richfield employees to go there for the attire they needed since they do payroll deduction. Apparently payroll deduction is treated a little differently than customers who are able to pay for their purchase when they get it.
Commonwealth Home Health is definitely 5 Star!! Customer service is phenomenal, I went to their Open House this month, there were employees everywhere asking if they could help...rare!! Quality merchandise, you get what you pay for and you will enjoy whatever you buy for years.
Customer service was terrible. Upon entry, we passed two associates who did not greet us or ask if we needed help. We continued to the back of the store after finding what we were looking for on our own, came upon two more associates who failed to acknowledge our presence even after we asked for help. I understand it was a long day however, we were paying customers who were looking to spend good money on nursing attire for a new graduate. Needless to say, they lost our business and referral.
