They don't care about their employees!
RecommendedI very highly recommend this store over all the other home health stores. They are professional, friendly and great to talk to. I can go in and get my cpap supplies anytime without calling ahead of time and always get my stuff fast. If you call them you actually talk to a live person not a recording 6 stares away. I love this store.
RecommendedYes, The Physical Therapist , and the Occupational Therapist, That have been coming over faithfully and it doesn’t seem that they were just doing their JOBS!! YET In both of their Personalities and The Caring they did and say to my mother, That came from Both of Their Hearts. Gross incompetence is an understatement when I describe this company. As a patient (Disabled Veteran) on home oxygen I would go months at a time without refills they would send in unequipped and unqualified technicians to my house to exchange my cylinders. These alleged technicians would LIE on Dept of VA PAPERWORK, claiming that I wouldn't answer the phone or wouldn't answer my door when they try to deliver, LIES!! RecommendedI always have a good experience. Today I was having a bad experience at my moms Dr appointment with our portable oxygen tank. The mechanism that controls the oxygen stopped working so I left my mom with her Doctors and went to Commonwealth. Blake met me at the counter. His calmness surely abruptly changed my day and he fixed all the problems as well. So thank you so much for the Care our family received.
