Absolutely the worse service!!! If you have an issue with your vehicle, I wouldn't recommend Commonwealth Dodge. After $1700 in repairs, 3 days later my car is experiencing the same trouble!!!! And on top of that they had my vehicle for 11days and don't even want to give me a loaner. I will never use/recommend Commonwealth Dodge to any of my friends or family. The clerk's in service have very nasty attitudes with the exception of Jody !!!
The review is based on the car buying exp. The salesman I had was very rude and pushy. He promised me a clean car and it was never cleaned and the seats were stained they were supposed to be cleaned as well the guy stated he gave one of the workers a $5 tip to take it to the car wash down the street. Car smelled like smoke and it finally wore off with lots of cleaning and driving w the windows open. I have tried calling 3 days now to see who my warranty company is through and no one will call me back. I will never come back ... read more
Got told they had a truck for me and after a week of waiting and going up there 4 day just to get told that um sorry we are not getting it. Lost 2 other good deals because of this. I would not recommend them.
Bought a car in late 2014 and have had troubles ever since including spending 13 weeks in the shop last year. Service department says they do things such as run complete diagnostic on transmission since check engine light supposedly showed multiple transmission codes only to find out all they did was empty all the fluid and charged us 200.00 to replace it.
