Had a good experience with them when my wife got her SUV there only thing was I never received my 100 dollar referral that was promised
They immediately emailed me back. After a couple emails and phone calls, they set up an appointment for me. No pressure. They have fulfilled more than what they promised to fix on the vehicle. It was a fair deal. I went because Car Gurus originally had this vehicle listed as a great deal at 42,000 miles. We were in the process of buying the vehicle when they told me it actually had 194,971 miles. This was my mistake for not looking at their web page but taking Car Gurus information only.
