Would not recommend them to anyone. The dealing I have had from them is awful. The salesman was the only person that was good. After the salesman it was money hungry vultures.
Horrible! Sold me a car that was not even mines!!!! I will never recommend anyone to them!!!!! The should have never took my money or trade in! I hate them for what they did!
If I give them the benefit of the doubt they just need to educate their service department. However I think they just tell lies to make sales. So maybe not lie so much.
HORRIBLE place to do business. Andre Tilford lied to me about a deal that was being made just to keep me from going anywhere. I purchased a vehicle 10 months ago, only to later find out that guy, Steve Johnson was a felon. They will tell you anything. Rude lot ... Failed to communicate with me and told me they will do what they have to do to get rid of me. Very inconsiderate and disrespectful unhelpful salesman. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS LOT. Take you money elsewhere !!!!! Go to Chevrolet or Kia or Chrysler or Ford. Worst Customer service that I have ever experienced !!!! I purchased a truck from them one month in I’ve had to fix a exhaust manifold gasket ($400) they didn’t do my paperwork correct which allowed my temp tags to go bad! Then I got stuck in St. Louis because a GPS tracker killed my battery ($163) !! I was told they did a full inspection on this vehicle and clearly that was a lie because when I called he said I didn’t buy a warranty so it was my problem! I will gladly take my 9k cash somewhere else next time! This place is complete joke and full of a bunch of crooks!
