Commonwealth Dodge literally sets the bar for how to treat people when helping people purchase the right vehicle for themselves and/or family. Great customer service. My guy there is Cecil Turner. His professionalism, dedication and attention to each client's specific needs may be set him apart. I would highly recommend reaching out to him a when you, a friend, a family member or associate is in the market for a car, truck or SUV.
Don't trust what these folks tell you! We had a deal worked out via email...and not just one email. There were several that kept going over the specifics. I had the manager's word..... Then after driving 1 1/2 hours to get there, he met me at the door and told me that everything was worked out and we were ready to go. Then he passed me off to another sales person and the deal totally changed!!!!!! I was lied to just to get me to drive there! Bait and switch!!!! Beware!!!!!
The service department!!! I have had some negative experiences with my beloved Hemi at other local Dodge dealerships, especially when making an inquiry about the warranty. A strange rattle under the hood led me to drop it off at Commonwealth Dodge yesterday and in under 24 hours my vehicle was repaired along with other items that have been a nuisance that the other dealerships told me they could/would not assist with. Thank you for the excellent service from everyone I encountered!
