Receptionist was extremely rude. When I asked who the person I needed to speak to for information on the procedure I was going to have on my dog, she said it was her, but then said she had no idea when I asked her questions about it. Then finally after several questions she said, I'll have to pull the chart (Maybe she could have done that 10 minutes ago when I first asked her). They correctly diagnoised what others could not... Misdiagnosis have cost my dog almost a year of gradual hearing loss... Not once, but twice, veterinarians from "other" services had told me Fred's hearing loss was due to his "old age", and there was nothing I could do for him. This animal hospital saved my dog life. I am very sorry about you losing your beloved pet. My beloved Rascal had been given maybe a week to 2 weeks to live. I was told I would just have to keep him as comfortable as possible. He had not been able to keep any food down for almost 2 weeks. He had scrossious of the liver. Run, don't walk, away from here I gotta tell ya, I don't write a business off without good reason. The reason for this one is quite simply, the misdiagnosis I received here is responsible for the passing of my beloved dog child. We have been to this vet with all of your dogs numerous times and EVERY time there was some major screw up. Either they didn't get the milligrams correct on a prescription, or they missed a diagnosis. Your pets deserve better!
