Had been bringing our dog and cats here for 4 years. That changed today with the awful service I received. Brought our pup in for a UTI that we had seen Dr Shebel for in the past. Receptionist told me that she wasn’t in, and considering our dog’s last visit was in April the other Dr would want to do a full exam...when they get in at 9. Complete BS...our 5 year old that just had her annual 5 months ago doesn’t need a full exam. We had been two years at another vet spending tons of money trying to find out what was wrong with our dog. After one visit with Dr. Hendren we were not only given a diagnosis but a treatment plan. She is incredibly smart and the staff was wonderful!
Friendly staff good veterinary excellent hospital
Dr. Shebell and Dr. Watkins are fantastic. So is the entire staff. They took care of Stella Blue for years and now they are taking care of Jack. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing vet care in and around plaza midwood.
I love Dr. Shebel!! She is so kind and patient and really listens to my concerns. I trust her completely with my cats. The entire staff there is so nice, too.
I've been taking my cat there for almost 6 years and just started taking our new puppy. Great doctors, staff and service. They truly care about your pets like they are their own.
