SCAM and neglected my pet. My 8 year old Maltese fell off my 3 ft high bed in the middle of the night. I could tell right away something was wrong. I would be leaving town the following day and planned to leave Riley with a sitter- but wanted to know how to best treat him. Dr. Haver and the staff at Commonwealth are kind and compassionate, and provide quality care for senior mini poodle Jake. I can be a nervous "fur mom" when it comes to things such as having him anesthetized for dental procedures because of his age and his heart murmur, but every time the staff has been so helpful and informative and made sure I feel comfortable, calling me to update me throughout the day. I will never take my pets anywhere else. Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how awesome everyone here is. Dr. Shebel is the sweetest, most wonderful vet I have ever had. Kendra and Crystal at the front desk are awesome, all the techs are amazing as well. Hands down the best vet office in Charlotte.
