Apartments may be good, but customer service is the worst. No emails, no phone calls, and there is absolutely no direct number you could reach any member you want to. Anyone who responds to the common living phone number would just say along the line "We will ask someone to call you back within 24-48hrs", a standard prototype call center response, and you would end up not receiving any phone call from them. While it’s a nice property and location, there are many issues that I’ve had to put in work orders for- not to mention I was double charged for my December rent and have received 0 help for a month now. The company “Common” cannot call what they offer a “service” rather its a headache I’ve had to deal with for the past month - trying to get my money back that I was wrongfully charged. The billing department is truly useless.
