1st off we haven't stayed at the hotel for 2 years. But we love this place for so many reasons! when we are on vacation we enjoy good staff. Last year we loved mist bar/tree bar staff enough that we knew it was the place we wanted to spend our vacation this year. We have ALWAYS had awesome bartenders. We visited the splash bar while on our recent stay, it was sooooo bad that we chose to not go back. The commodore offers a lot more than most places. We LOVE the tree bar! We are glad you had a great time! As soon as you have your dates set for next year, give us all. You can book a year in advance at this years rates which are very low compared to in the years past.
We just returned from a 4 day weekend. It was amazing. The location can't be beat! The pool was great and the staff members were all super friendly and helpful. Rooms are nothing fancy but we were not there to hang out in the room! Highly recommend!

Had the best time at this hotel. The pool was great, rooms were decent enough, everything worked well within the room! The staff were always very nice & helpful. Have nothing bad to say!

I am not sure who you spoke with but I will have meeting with the staff. They should have told our maintenance staff about the sink. And the bed frame does have metal pieces sticking out that does have a covers that past guests and foreign workers have thrown away and I have been trying to find replacement pieces. We are in the process of changing out our frames, but can't afford to do all them at once.
