CIP is one of the most unprofessional, petty, and unhelpful companies i have ever rented from as a tenant. As a resident of Omaha my entire life, I am ashamed to say I am a tenant of theirs. The nonstop harassment, phone calls, and micromanagement has been uncanny. It seems as though all CIP is interested in is my money versus client satisfaction.
