Commercial Investment Properties (CIP) is the worst rental property company in the region and this is a cautionary tale for anyone moving to the Lincoln/Lancaster County area or anywhere in Nebraska in general. Do your research and don't do business with this company if you can avoid it. CIP is one of the most unprofessional, petty, and unhelpful companies i have ever rented from as a tenant. As a resident of Omaha my entire life, I am ashamed to say I am a tenant of theirs. The nonstop harassment, phone calls, and micromanagement has been uncanny. It seems as though all CIP is interested in is my money versus client satisfaction.
Never rent from CIP. Had a stroke, refused to work with me
