Comfort Zone of the Carolinas is everything you would want in an HVAC company. We recently experienced a lightning strike to our home resulting in one of our air conditioners not working. Comfort Zone was timely in sending out a service technician to diagnose our problem. Thankfully, our problem required replacement of a part rather than the entire system. Comfort Zone of the Carolinas came out within the hour of us calling them when our A/C died. Had a new unit installed the next morning and at a very reasonable price. Very honest and professional and I highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC service.
Highly recommend !! Hottest day of the year so far and I get home and no air ! I called Comfort Zone and received a call back from Andrew in minutes ! He arrived when he said he would and was able to get AC back up and running in no time !! He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions. Comfort Zone came out last year to service my system. I knew it was limping along for the last couple of years. They serviced and no hard sale on replacing. Just told me to let them know if I needed anything at any time to just call. I called 2 months ago to finally replace my units. They put a whole new system in for me on one day. Just got the first electric bill after having the systems. It actually went DOWN $97 compared to same time last year. And $40 lower than last month! Should have replaced the units sooner. Had originally contracted with a different vendor who was a little rough on timing and response. Called Comfort Zone of the Carolinas on a Thursday morning prior to a weekend heat wave; within 60 minutes of my call I had a great quote and the installers were scheduled for the next day. By 4:00pm on Friday we were enjoying our new AC.
