Robert Shore came out today and performed the first service for our brand newly installed(as of 6 months ago) Comfortmaker system. Not only was he courteous, but attentive and thorough as well. ComfortZone top to bottom is, hands down, the absolute best hvac company in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas.
Professional and polite. The dispatcher called us 40 minutes before the tech got here. Robert took the time to listen to our concerns and address our situation. He made sure we understood what was being recommend and worked with us to get the fix that meets our needs.

Garrett explained everything he did, what needed to be fixed, & how he fixed it step by step. He even allowed me to record his explanation so that I can show my husband what was done and needed to be done. He was extremely polite and helpful. Though our system is older, he got it running and that’s all that matters! Thanks for a job well done!
