This is the second time they come to "fix" my A/C unit first time works for six days second time for three will see how long does it take for the next appointment and how long does the repair last
Communication was great and they had my A/C back up and running within an hour.
I used them since they were appointed to me under my home warranty. The tech case out and checked what was going on, only to find out a part needed to be order. I was fine with that even though they would get the part in for two more days. Well long story short, they don’t know how to work on my unit and decided to have the warranty company adding a new service provider.
