I used Comfort Zone because they were assigned to me through my home warranty company. I called them ahead of time and spoke with Ashley. I was quoted a time, date and price. The price was $125.oo. when the service man got to my house he told me he would not fix my A/C unit for less than $149.oo. Because of the heat here in Jacksonville FL in June I went along with it.
