If there was an option to give less then one star this company deserves it have been without AC since August 6th not only did it take them until friday to come see us but then they didn't have the part so of course that takes all weekend to look for so of course they order the wrong part and bring it on Tuesday to figure out oh we dont know how to do our Jobs we have the wrong part. Comfort Zone has great customer service and the technicians are always friendly and professional. I had them out several times last year before purchasing a new AC Unit and had a pleasant experience each time. I just had them out for scheduled maintenance and the tech even remembered my dogs name. I would recommend their services and plan to continue using them in the future.
