I called to based on a recommendation due to my upstairs unit not cooling. Owner answered and told he he could come by and would text with information so I could be put on the schedule. I submitted the information immediately but got no response. Followed up twice and no response. I waited to contact someone else as comfort zone indicated they would come to the house so I lost a couple of days in my ability to get my ac working again due to zero response from the company. Excellent, prompt communication and service from Michael and Sean!! Our heating element burned out on a Sunday during the snowstorm. Michael returned my call immediately, and Sean came over to diagnosis within one hour and showed us the problem. He repaired the unit on Monday, when the panel and parts were in. Michael followed up later to ensure the heat was continuing to work. We are grateful!

Michael has been wonderful to me from the time I first meet him a year ago! The unit in my condo I purchased has a wiring issue...only wired for heat not air Non disclosed before purchase and “So Called Inspector” I hired, did not catch it! Michael came out, explained the wiring issue...he’s the 3rd person that’s looked at my unit and the ONLY one that took the time to explain exactly what the problem is.
