Excellent shopping experience. They had exactly what we needed. Liked the wide selection of styles, wood colors and mattress selections. Dave was professional, knowledgeable and expediently completed our transaction. Recommend Comfort Zone to anyone thinking of traditional bed alternatives.
Loved doing business this way. Just called and a real and knowledgeable person answered the phone. David was able to check on the availability of the item I was interested in, answered all my questions, and then assisted me in purchasing the item. I will take delivery in ~2 weeks, purchased a setup-up package, and also was able to have my old furniture carted away for a reasonable fee. Haven't received the item yet, but I feel confident that they will stand by their product.
Looked all over town. Finally heard about comfort zone. Was pleased with the many choices and was able to find the perfect futone in our price range! The sales man was awesome. Explained everything.

We were asked, to do review online, then we would receive 2 queen Pillows at N.C.. We spent over $1300 for a futon, mattress & end table. Never received Pillows, bc they never saw my review, I had completed on Fb, which was incorrect, so I finally found the Google one, I called comfort Zone, they refused to give Pillows !!! They caused a negative response toward good customers who over spent to begin with for our order.
