Terrible. Wouldn’t leave a star. We rented a room with a jacuzzi. Two hours into our stay my one year old daughter was covered in black dots. I ran to grab her to find out our carpet was covered in ants. I told the front desk and she blamed us asking if we brought them in or if we left food on the floor. I told her I wanted a full refund. She said since we checked in early we couldn’t get a refund. They put us in a lower cost room. The room had a broken shower curtain rod. Rooms clean and quiet. All I can ask for.
Got all the way here , booked a whirlpool suite... check in .. ohh no rooms available!!!! It’s 4:00 why wasn’t I informed before a 40 minute drive here with bags in hand?? And I wasn’t even accommodated? Still payed $96 and that’s because of my Walmart associate discount !!! Ridiculous ! Never again!!
The staff is very helpful and the free complimentary breakfast wasn't to bad either! Loved my view of the lake from my window
