RecommendedThe rooms are BEAUTIFUL and the check in staff were incredible.
RecommendedWe are half way through our stay but are extremely impressed on all levels of the Radisson Blu. From the time we walked in and checked in the young lady was so kind and genuine. The rooms have a great layout with subtle things that make your stay inviting. And the Fire Lake Grill!!! Food was creative and amazing! Service was amazing! Truly the Radisson Blu has established setting the bar above many other places we have stayed! Highly recommended!
RecommendedHad a little bit of a mixup where I got charged by Priceline and the hotel. Within ten minutes of realizing what happened, talking to Priceline customer service and the front desk it was fixed. Sam at the front desk was helpful, understanding, and just the positive attitude made that whole mixup not so bad at all. The rest of the experience from the room to the pool to the breakfast with the made to order waffles was wonderful as well

Leaking pipes make for a bad stay
RecommendedSo we had to come stay in the hotel for the military for my husbands annual training & the military ball. We didn’t know we had to get a park pass for the hotel. Well we ended up gettin our car towed & was worried about all the costs. The hotel covered it all & helped us make sure our visit & stay was awesome. They were all very polite & seriously worked with us. I give this hotel 5 stars. Everyone we talked to was polite the whole time we stayed. We’ll be staying again in the near future ❤️

We would recommend it .We had no issues with anyone. Our room was clean but nothing fancy. For the price we paid it was nice place to stay for one night.
