There was a used condom found in the bed my 7 month old and I had shared for 3 nights and the hotel denies it was there

The bed was horrible, had what appeared to be blood stains on end of it (found when I stripped the bed the next morning). It had to have been at least 8 years old and the most uncomfortable I've slept on in a long time. Breakfast was undercooked or over cooked only thing good was yogurt. Pool maybe indoors but not heated which is not noted anywhere and is one if the reasons we booked this hotel. We will definitely not ever be staying here again.
RecommendedSo far so good! everyone is friendly and very accommodating! Staying here for work and the main thing I was looking forward to is the hot tub! But unfortunately it's out of order as a sign on the door said...
