RecommendedMy son is in the US Military and currently traveling from the South to the East coast and making an overnight stay in Tuscaloosa, AL. He tried to stay at several hotels in the area and was denied because he is only 20...even after explaining his situation and providing his military ID. The GM at Country Inn & Suites went above and beyond and made an exception to the age policy where the other local hotels would not. THANK YOU so very much for supporting my son and other US Military!!

RecommendedMy son and daughter in law had the most beautiful wedding at The Radisson on 12/28/19. Everything was simply perfect and I cannot thank Amanda enough for all of her help and support.
We brought the hotel Groupon for a clarion hotel depoe bay thinking we got a great deal! After leaving the hotel they printed a received showing normal charge of 84.62 and paid in full. But we paid 135.49 on Groupon then upon looking at our credit card found the Hotel charged 20.00 which was an unauthorized charge thus a total overpayment of 50.87 and no one is willing do anything other than a song a dance to get you off the line. RecommendedThe perfect location for our wedding reception and day-after brunch. We were very pleased with the spaces provided and had the absolute best day ever with our family and friends. We received many compliments on the food that was served. The presidential suite (recently renovated) was the perfect space for getting ready and staying the night in. Thank you Radisson Bismarck for everything!

RecommendedOnly problem. Check in A 4 hrs. delay! I understand it was NewYear's Eve and most places are understaffed but this was ridiculous.
RecommendedCelebrated New Years here with friends. We participated in their package deal. The hotel went beyond our expectations. They were very thoughtful and so accommodating. The event was very classy and so much fun. We will for sure be coming back and recommend it to others, especially for the New Years Eve event. My only suggestion would be to include Valet parking in the package as opposed to self park... just a nice added touch.
