Bedbugs! Had two in my bed when i got up, front desk didn't seem too concerned. Would like to have my money back, not happy

RecommendedGreat place to stay in Davis. Will be booking again for our next trip. Casandra at the front desk exudes customer service and made our stay so much better by her great service, attitude and knowledge of the property. Really a treat. I highly recommend the cottages.
Had to complain to front desk about the noise twice but noting was done.. Well after midnight it sounded like the people in the room above us was going to come through the floor. The non smoking room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the area around the microwave was just disgusting, floor unvacuumed, the tub was dirty & there is a big spot on the ceiling that is bad

Me and my family stay at the comfort suites from Wednesday- Sunday. For BTM graduation, after getting back to the hotel Saturday night our room wasn’t clean and wasn’t left any towels or wash cloths. My mom went into the bathroom and saw mode around the sink and went to the front deck and said something about it. The woman acted like she didn’t care but My mom demanded for a new room.
