I always stay at this hotel as it's agreat one and the staff are so lovely we wouldn't stay anywhere else in florida we will be back next year xx
We have stayed at this location three times before and returning for our fourth in a short time and can honestly say we are expecting the same fantastic welcome and stay that we were have received previously and would recommend this location for a enjoyable holiday by all.
Just recently come back from a 14 night stay at Comfort Suites Main gate east and I can honestly say we had a brilliant time all staff were very friendly and always there too help and even called a taxi for us.The buffet breakfast is avaliable daily from 7-11 in the morning and there is complimentary tea/coffee and hot chocolate 24 hours a day the pool is cleaned every morning and the bar beside the pool is open from 3-11pm serving some real tasty snacks at a good price.Will definitely come back here again and if anyone has ... read more
This Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel is totally Brilliant, totally Amazing, & it's a Great place in Kissimmee. It's my very first time staying at Comfort Suites Maingate East to see some very nice people inside the 7-story Hotel, including the Housekeeping People, & the Hotel Staff at the Front Staff, there's a Gift Shop, Game Room, Fitness Center, Business Center, Free Hot & Cold Breakfast, & Healthy Breakfast inside the Hotel every morning, a Tiki Bar Outside, a Outside Dining, 24-Hour Swimming Pool, & Spa Outside, p... read more
I have wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi at the hotel every night but have been given excuse after excuse as to why it is closed. SO, the bartender calls up to the room and tells me "maintenance is going to paint it tomorrow". SO, I ask the front desk, "what are you going to do to make this right?" I got the standard reply, talk to the manager at 9am in the morning. How incredibly frustrating.
We have great time in kissimmee not bad for our first vacations in orlando 2016 I definally recomend this suites complimentary breakfast everyday 5 ft pool for kids ,complimentary Suttle to the disney parks I love it see you next time
My family and I love this hotel. An I love when we come back they leave little goodies And thank you notes for returning. The beds are comfortable. It is clean. All staff super nice. Oh and the breakfast is so good. They have Something for all my girls...I highly recommend.. Oh and it is near the theme parks and old town...❤
