We returned for a second year in a row...love this hotel and staff. Clean, spacious rooms..location is wonderful. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours is so nice.
Second year in a row - just the best experience. Our stay was for 9 nights; comfortable, clean and a pleasant staff. Already looking forward to next year!
We only stayed for one night for our anniversary 3/24/17 but the room was huge they gave us extra towels it was very spacious the staff was really nice had no problems breakfast could of been better the eggs were horrible they need to redo their breakfast menu

We come here often when we visit the grandchildren. It's our first choice. Always a great room and great people.
Hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious each and every morning, and the Hotel was located a short drive from wherever you would want to be in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, I would definitely stay there again if I ever needed to be in Orlando area. Room was clean and a nice size, the Help that did our room was very nice and fun to talk to, liked to joke around but left our room spotless every day, Thanks Miriam...
