It was clean, the stairs going to the second floor are gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful
My biggest complaint was our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The pool was nice and the breakfast was great.
The only good thing I can say about this place is that the staff is very nice! However, this hotel is the Worst Hotel I Have ever stayed in. I am here with a group of people as a result, I have had the opportunity to explore many rooms and they are all the same. There is a damp smell In all of the rooms. The rooms look as though something will run out from under you feet. After multiple room charges on a credit card for a standard double room by the Manager we still haven't had an outcome or received a credit back to the card, then he went away, then he said we are liars, then booking.com agreed we were correct and told him to credit our card, then he said we had been reimbursed which never came through, and we are still waiting on a credit 2 months on.
