Smile Forever team was excellent with helping me. I had to make a last minute appt because I had a sudden tooth ache. They were able to fit me in immediately. I really loved how they listened to my situation and asked many questions so they could really help me with my issue. They were very pleasant to deal with. I look forward to keeping them as my primary dentist.
A dentist visit isn't exactly something most people look forward to, but Dr Gardner strives to provide his patients a welcoming, professional, friendly, and extraordinary clean environment. His staff are genuinely friendly and funny. They don't regurgitate practiced scripts and lines and pretend to be happy. I've been a patient of this practice for 30 years. I have always been welcomed with a smile and warm professionalism. The practice is in transition of ownership and some staff. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Patel late last year and immediately felt comfortable with him. I had an appointment today with Dr. Gardner and Audra, the new hygienist. I have been a patient of Dr. G's for 30 years starting at his original practice on Peachtree Street. I'm going to miss seeing him, Cusseta and Tunde all the time. I don't like change when it comes to my doctor, dentist, or mechanic. My husband and have been going to this practice ever since we moved to Atlanta 9 years ago. And we've never in our lives experienced service as extraordinary as the service that we get here. It isn't cheap (for those of us who don't have dental insurance), but the dental work itself has been excellent--from routine cleanings (extremely thorough) to replacement of old caps and crumbling metal fillings.
