Don't think I've ever had such a pleasant experience with an HVAC vendor before. Not only were Ken and Jesse incredibly nice and competent with their work, every single person I worked with (from Carl the office manager and Lynne the scheduler) were sweet and did exactly what they said they were going to do! Plus they saved us a significant amount of money on the work. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO HIGHLY RECOMMEND Comfort Shield to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Ken!!! I feel like I have a new friend in the HVAC business!
Comfort Shield truly went above and beyond. Ken and Jesse were polite, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed correctly - and in a way that looked nice in my home. So glad that I trusted my gut and set up the appointment with Comfort Shield instead of the other guys!
