The caregivers were always punctual, professional and compassionate. When I called to arrange services, everything was set up quickly. Can't thank Pat Bell and her staff enough!
Horrible communication skills!! They also under pay their employees. Overwork and underpaid. Pricing is also absolutely ridiculous!!!
It takes a special kind of person to care for the elderly. Not all of us are cut out for that type of work. Additionally, as family members, we are highly protective as to who we let into our family circle. With that being said, we are so happy to have found Comfort Keepers for our parents. There is not enough money in the world to buy peace of mind in a situation like this. The days are winding down for them. I called for help with my dad and the woman yelled at me. She said she doesn't just have people sitting around and she had a meeting to go to.
