From the moment we walked through the door the staff was beyond helpful and beyond friendly. Monique at the front desk went above and beyond with every single step she truly takes pride in her work and it shows. CeCe was another staff member that was above and beyond with all the help with my Grammy. I would highly recommend this establishment and I am already looking at future dates ahead to stay there. Thanks for the great stay!!!
My wife and I arrived to find the condition of the hotel not as it appeared on the website. We asked to cancel our room due to the conditions. They said that there was nothing that they could do to help us... They have a 48hr cancellation policy I was told. Horrible place do not stay here. Tried to cancel a reservation due to military obligation and they refuse to work with you. I will not ever stay with another choice hotel if franchisees allow their GMs to be absolutely rude to people planning on using their hotel.

I think if you check your facts, you will see this is not the case at all .... your reservation was cancelled without penalty. Unfortunately you did not allow any explanation, but I do believe we did right by you and your circumstances. Perhaps a moment of patience next time .....
Affordable, clean and convenient hotel, friendly staff, and great pool. Get a delicious burger or hotdog right off the grill and try one of Jonny Cocktails awesome Rum Punch or Mojitos.
