My last stay at Comfort Suites ANYWHERE !! I have been a customer for years, my information was in the system and updated address that night. We called ahead for a room with a 11PM check-in being 2 hrs away, while travelling to a funeral and was TIRED and couldn't complete the drive. It was MINUS 0* with snow and wind. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT STAY at this hotel. Very rude front desk. Nit cooperative or helpful. DO NOT, DO NOT Stay at the Cambria in Bettendorf Iowa!!
We checked in and were given the wrong type of room. We asked to be moved to the room we booked. The manager told us to leave and called the police. The police said they have a lot of issues with this location and we were better off staying elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE...RUN AWAY!!! There is a nice Comfort Inn 2 miles away.
Staff talk behind your back to where you can hear them speaking about you and the 3rd floor smells of weed/smoke. I noticed that no one in the kitchen washes their hands or wears gloves when putting out food.
I somehow was charged for a 2 night's stay on separate bookings, and they will not let me cancel to get a refund! Bad reviews everywhere until I am reimbursed for my NON stay! Also they claim to have a pool on Priceline which is also a lie! I would have been a long-term client because of the location/business next door, but this isn't good business so I guess this is how it will be. I will not give up on this!
will never return to this location as I came under my business name but the manager Louisa there is very rude and seems drunk as the few days we stayed she smelled of alcohol and was very rude when asked questions about situations telling myself and my coworker to F***ing leave and she don’t give a damn about anything and for us to deal with problems on our own. This place is a dump rodents every where roach's mice dog feces all over the grounds the staff are all on drugs there's no house keeping and there a registered sex offender living here as there address that are on Megan's law the owner says oh well he doesn't care stay away there's drug needles everywhere not a place to stay
IT TOOK 1 HR FOR THE BIG GUY AT NIGHT TO ANSWER THE BELL AND WHEN HE DID HE WAS UPSET THAT I WOKE HIM UP NEEDS TO BE POLITE TO THE CUSTOMERS! ITS WORK NOT SLEEPY TIME BUDDY
the people at the frond desk are rude and need customer service skills
