Awful experience!! Rented through Expedia..paid $212 for a room for the 4th of July. Got back to the room, cockroaches ran across the headboard and bed side table. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund as there was no way we were staying a room with cockroaches and we were told to contact Priceline. We drove home 4 hours, only to contact Priceline who will not refund our money. The hotel manager said by law it was the customers burden that there may be bugs. Worst customer service I've ever had.
