This place has Bed bugs. How gross is that. Don’t stay here.
If I could give zero stars I would. Bed bugs everywhere and the refuse to give refunds!
I'd give a 0 but it's not an option. Our room was infested with bedbugs which we discovered at 4am. We contacted the front desk immediately but our plight was none of their concern. We bagged our luggage and clothing then got the hell out of there. I doubt we were there 9 hours and obviously vacated well ahead of the 11a.m. checkout. We left our contact info with the front desk for the general manager whom has yet to call. That was 2 days ago. No refund, no apologies, no nothing. BEDBUGS. BEDBUGS. BEDBUGS - NEED I SAY MORE?
Seriously? BED. BUGS. plus no refund?! This is bull****! I pay $75 for “Comfort” like your name says not BITES all over me! If I could put a 0 rating on this I would because this has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Not to mention the management is horrible as well. Truly have never felt so used for money to sleep in a room for a single night before in my life.
Found small holes still in the walls from poor picture hanging.....creeped me out so plugged them with toilet paper. Then got in the shower in the morning only to find someone else's used shampoo bottle still there and dirt still on the shower walls. Yuck! So the place is being remodeled....that doesn't mean the cleaning crew can't do their job. B-fast was just ok, but the staff is in need of customer service training to say the least. Will never stay here again most disgusting holel ever dirty smoked in rooms hard horrible beds an a owner who doesn't care.
0 not option. Owner said not her problem with the nastynous of this hotel. Horrible staff worse owner and no one cares about it. ROACH MOTEL. SERIOUS. DESCUSTING.
