If you're looking to stay here, run the other way. They have Bedbugs!!!! They refused to give a refund to my friend after finding the bed bugs, and said they took care of the problem by washing the sheets! (BED BUGS LIVE ON THE MATTRESS) Please for your own safety, stay else where.
Wish there was 0 stars. This is the worst hotel! BED BUGS!!!!! And the management blaming the previous owners and saying it will take 8 years before all is good. PLUS they won’t even do a refund for the horrible experience with bed bugs!!! DONT STAY HERE!!!!!
Zero isn’t an option. Hotel has bed bugs. Supposedly took care of it but was rude as fuck about somebody having a discounted rate and refuses to offer a refund because they “don’t offer refunds after 3pm and after you’ve stayed” DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They claim it’s going to take 8yrs to update the hotel but in the mean time will treat CURRENT customers like shit!!!!!
*BED BUGS* DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel knows about this problem & refuses to refund customers once they are eaten up by the bugs.
I️ didn’t stay here but had a friend that did and her room was infested with bedbugs they did not offer a refund instead they put the blame on the previous owners and registration. Shame on you comfort inn talk about horrible customer service!
