Great experience...I love Dr. Worshol. Never experienced any discomfort, he is so knowledgeable, kind and gentle Everyone is very professional and the office is very clean and sanitary.
I wanted to give this office a five star review. I was shocked they were able to fit me in at the last hour on a Saturday. My crown on my molar popped off. The regular dentist I use is closed on Friday and Saturday, so I called Comfort at 11:50. They said they could fit me in. I didn't know they close at 1pm. They were polite and very quick and thorough. They also didn't over charge me. This experience makes me want to change to make Comfort my regular dentist.
The dental assistant I had today was...I guess you could say she has good people skills. Not only did she do a good job professionally, she asked twice, past her initial greeting if I was doing okay. Then after the polishing, she had rinsed all of the stuff off my teeth, but there was still some grit on my jaws. She offered me a cup of water to rinse. We need more of her in EVERY business.
I’m so so hurt and angry right now. Dr Dan W has been my doctor for a while now and before today I have been screaming his praises to all in Rockwall. He treats friends and family members. My primary doctor had me call to get antibiotics for a tooth Infection. Yes antibiotics not narcotics. I have cancer and cannot go into the office because of no immunity from strong chemo. I asked could he tele medicine or FaceTime like my other doctors have been doing for my safety from Covid 19. I have a live in nurse RN he could have sp... read more
