Disgusting I went to rocky point
Had an appt for a cleaning. Sat in chair for a good 1/2 hr before I was told they could not give me a cleaning due to unable to take xrays. Was told to go up front to see office manager. She was so nasty and could not care less about why I was unhappy about having an appt for cleaning yet was told no go honey. Nobody could have called me to let me know there might be a problem?? Absolute worst customer service. The dentists and technicians are great, but the administrative staff is horrible. I get treated better at my mechanic.
