If I could give a 0 I would this is The worst and most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my life. My mother passed away on June 25th in her home she was Supposed to have an aid that morning but the aide texted to call off at 8am the text was completely unprofessional the agency its self never called to say hey we don’t have another aid or anything then the aid texted my mother again after 3pm asking if she was okay because of no response needless to say a i was never notified welfare check was not done until 5pm when ... read more
